Over the past month, I have managed to make it to one of my favorite thrift stores. Well, really, it is a consignment shop, and I found some great books. I am not sure, Reader, if in your area you have a consignment shop, but I have to say that I love mine. I tend to take things that my son has outgrown, things I am not using and no longer need, or anything my husband no longer needs, and they sell it for me. I have opted not to get a check for these items, but rather, I save the money as a store credit, so when I go in and see something, I can get it using my credits. My Girl Math says that these books in this haul cost me nothing. Free Books. Who doesn’t love that? Oh, and I should say that one of the books came from my mother-in-law. When she gave it to me, she said she could not get into it. I may know the reason for this. Apparently, it is book five in a series. It is called The Wicked series, which I have never heard of, but that does not change my excitement. So, Reader, let me jump right into the books, shall I?

I know there is definitely a mix of genres in this haul, but seriously, why not be open to new authors and genres right? I mean, who knows, maybe one of these books will become one of my next favorite reads of all time. I am excited about each of these books, and I hope it isn’t too long before I tackle some of them. I am very excited about The Hatmakers because, just look at that cover. It is beautiful. I heard about this book from Lydia, also known as vintagenectarines, on YouTube and Instagram. Reader, please let me know if you have picked up any of these titles, and if so, which ones? Did you enjoy them? Also, let me know what you have been reading lately. I hope you enjoyed it regardless of what it was. Until Next Time, Reader, Happy Reading.
