May is my birthday month, and my son, along with my husband, gave me a Kindle Card, which in my world is always a welcome treat. I love to read through Audio, Kindle, and Physical Books. It does not matter how I read; I just love to read, and I love buying books just as much as reading. Is anyone else like this? I suspect probably if you are a reader. So, let me get into the books that I recently purchased for my Kindle because there is a bit of a mixture here.
Cozy Books:
Bookshops & Bonedust was my first purchase because I read Legends & Lattes and absolutely loved it. Besides, it was the book club pick for the month of May that I participated in. This is what Goodreads has to say:

A Fellowship Of Bakers & Magic was next on my list. I had heard of this book from BookTube and thought, yes, please, a fantasy book with a baking competition. Seriously, sign me up. This is what Goodreads has to say:

Murder In The Mystery Suite was chosen because I have been loving this author’s series called Secret Book & Scone Society, and I wanted another series of hers to get into. This book sounds like the perfect place to spend some time with the book-loving people in my life. I mean, who wouldn’t want to go to a storybook resort in VA? This is what Goodreads has to say:

Murder At A Scottish Castle was next on my list of books to get. I have loved the previous books in the series, Scottish Shire Mystery, and I just need to know what happens next. Besides, a book based in Scotland with a yarn shop and knitting has always been a treat for me. This is what Goodreads has to say:
Romance Book:
Miss Newbury’s List again is a book that I heard about from BookTube, and I have to say it piqued my interest. I do not remember who recommended it, but they described it as a Proper Regency Romance, and I thought, well, that sounds lovely. This is what Goodreads has to say:

Romance/Thriller Book:
Mind Games just came out, and I am a huge Nora Roberts fan, so I absolutely needed to pick this one up. I recently finished Identity by this author, and freakin loved it. Spoiler: I have already started Mind Games, and I am loving this one as well. This is what Goodreads has to say about it:
Reader, please tell me, have you read any of these books? What about anything by these authors? I am always interested in knowing what you are reading and what you might recommend. Below, I have included my YouTube video, in which I talk about these books. Until Next Time, Reader, Happy Reading.
