My New Book Haul

This book haul is mainly a new book haul with the exception of one library book. Please Reader, as always, let me know if you have read any of these and, if so, what your thoughts on them are because I am always interested to know. So, without further ramblings, let me get into these books. All the descriptions I have pulled from Goodreads, as you will see from the links.

Library Book:

Lula Dean’s Little Library of Banned Books by Kirsten Miller

I chose this book because the title interested me. When I checked out the synopsis, I knew I had to read it, and spoiler: I loved it.

New Books:

Maine by J. Courtney Sullivan

I was interested in this book because of the title since I live in Maine. I have never read anything by this author, but I am looking forward to diving into this book soon. I hope it will still be during the summer months when it happens. If not, it may have to wait until next May since I am such a seasonal mood reader. Only time will tell, I guess.

The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst

The next book I picked up is not only beautiful and perfect for fall with witchy vibes, but it is also a book club pick for September. I again have never read this author but the beauty and the synopsis of this book has me. I can not wait to pick this one up next month.

The Wren In The Holly Library by K.A. Linde

The last book I picked up is a complete impulse buy, but seriously, it is so beautiful I can’t even handle it. The synopsis sounds fantastic as well, so really, what isn’t to love…right? Again, I have never read anything by this author, but I am excited about this book for sure, and besides, it is book one in a new series.

Reader, have you gotten your hands on anything new, whether it is through the library, an arc, borrowed from a friend or family member, thrifted, or even bought new? I am always interested in hearing what everyone is reading or collecting when it comes to books. Until Next Time, Reader, Happy Reading.
